Refund policy

1. Right of withdrawal

Upon delivery of the Goods, you will promptly examine them. If any of the goods ordered have been damaged in transit or have been incorrectly shipped or are defective through faulty material or factory workmanship. You must notify us by writing to us through email at contact@myartmis.com within 30 days from the date of delivery of the relevant goods.

Please Note: You will be deemed to have accepted such Goods if you fail to notify us within such period.

Please do not tear off or remove the product tag before confirming that you are fully satisfied with your purchase.
If the tag is damaged or missing, we will not be able to process a return or exchange.

2.Return & exchange conditions

Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

We accept exchanges.But due to our limited stock, we cannot guarantee replacements or exchanges to 100%, if the item you wish is out of stock you will have the possibility to pick a different item for a replacement.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Online purchases may only be returned or exchanged through our customer support team at contact@myartmis.com

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

3.Order Cancellations

We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase. If your payment is finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund the full amount of your money. Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.

4.General Return Process

Initiate a return:

Please email us at contact@myartmis.com with photos and/or videos of the items and let us know your order number.

Our customer service staff will determine the eligibility of your return request within 3 business days.

Ship the item back:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted. We recommend that you send your return/exchange in a shipping method providing tracking information as well as a signature because we will not be responsible for lost return/exchange.

5. Return Charge

If the return is due to our problems ( such as incorrect products, or quality problems with products ), we will provide a full refund, including the return shipping fee, for you.

If the return is due to buyers’ problems ( such: as don’t like/ unwanting the item, or ordering the wrong product/size ), you should pay the freight.

6.Refunds

Refunds begin once a returned package has been confirmed back into our warehouse. Once confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method in about 14 days ( the actual processing time depends on your payment method and bank ).

Due to lighting, color temperature, and display settings, product photos may differ slightly from the actual color. Our crystals are natural, and variations such as veining, inclusions, cloudiness, or minor fissures are naturally occurring features—not defects. Each piece is unique.
