- Take a flexible tape measure, or use a strip of paper and mark it with a pen.
- Wrap it around your wrist (not too tight, not too loose) at the spot where you wear your bracelet.
- Mark where the ends meet. If you used paper, measure that length with a ruler.
- Your measurement is your wrist circumference.
For a regular fit, choose the size closest to your wrist measurement.
